Calling on my NC people to help me out here!?

Ok, so I am talking about haslett stew here. You know a stew made from pork innards(heart, kidney, lungs, etc.) usually made with sage and cornbread dumplings in North Carolina. Now here is my question, I know how to make it, but what is the other name for the innards that old people usually say that sounds like "these are the pork likes" or "lites" what is that word?
