I'm able to recall my dreams in vivid detail with minimal effort?

I do drink.. which isn't a shocker considering I'm 27 years old.. anyways, say I dream regardless of if I drank or not.. they say you're able to recall dreams being the last few seconds even a minute or two of dreams if you wake in the middle of dreaming. I've noticed, I recall the majority of them in vivid detail the following evening. It's not just I have a feeling of every bit. But ALL of it.. EVERY moment, every feeling, i recall all of it. I tried to look it up and got nowhere.
