Well I had a dumpling from this restaurant and it wasn't a "water dumpling" it was just a massive dough ball with beef and egg on the inside. The dough had a sweet taste to it,white,and was soft. the ball was about 4inches in diameter. I keep searching for different recipes online but i cant seem to find anything other than "Water dumplings". If anyone knows what i am talking about or has any idea please tell me what its called and where to get a recipe at.
