What do you think of my diet? What can I improve on?

You should really try eating breakfast it's the most important meal to get your body going just grab a cereal bar or even a piece of fruit like bananas are good and help you stay focus otherwise your diet sounds ok you need to add more dairy and vegetables though for sure you dont have any veggies eat them with dinner with your dumplings if you wanted you could eat more food overall add a lil bit more to each meal bc your only eating about 1200 calories and you need around 2000 to maintain
