How can i make my deck better.?

From what I heard you could have up to 100 cards in your deck. Try collecting more cards you could get lucky. Some basics in customizing from my knowledge is that monster cards with 4 stars and lower won't need a tribute.With 5-6 1 tribute,the higher stars the more tributes it needs. Tokens can have special effects. For fusion cards you need two monsters in specific,use cards like King of the swamp as fusion material monsters of any kind if you can get your hands on it.
