Does any one know this Anime???!!!?

It has two men in it and one woman. One man has black spiky hair and the other may have blueish cropped hair and wears glasses. The Girl Wears her hair up in a bun type thing and i think she wears a pink kimono all the time. I think the first episode is the girl is working in a restaurant and these three or four men are hitting on her. When they wont leave her alone she asks the man with the black spiky hair in the restaurant for help. He says he will help her for the price of 20 free dumplings. She refuses and the men keep hitting on her. Finally she gets sick of it and i THINK she slaps on of the men. All the men pin the girl down and almost cut her fingers off. But she yells that she will give the man 20 free dumplings. The man helps the girl . That's all i can remember! PLEASE HELP ME!!!
