There is a grim reaper in my house in sim 3?

An old lady died in my house and now a grim reaper appeared and took her ghost! now he just stands in my living room and do nothing. How do i get rid of him? And the ghost of the old lady keeps coming back? is there a cheat or a way to get rid of both of them
