Amplitube with Mixcraft 5.2?

Hi I have line 6 UX2 hooked to an hp laptop. And I use it to work with Amplitube 3, when playing with amplitube alone it works fine, but when running as a vst on mixcraft OR reaper its silent, there's no input on UX2, and i put the input for recording and midi device as UX2, and the sound is all asio , so I don't know what the problem can be ? help D:
