I am the only one making the effort...what should I do?

So out of my entire family and all of my friends I am the ONLY ONE that makes the trip to see them. Most of my friends and all of my family live in a town about 15 mins from where I live and they always call me up and say "hey we should get the kids together" or "havent seen you in awhile, i miss you, we should hang out" so I say sure and then nothing happens unless I go there. I have no problem going there sometimes but its a two way street and no one ever comes my way. What really irritates me is that you have to drive through my town to get to the biggest city in our county and all of these people go there atleast twice a week. Its only a 30 min. drive from where they live to this city and its only 15 mins to my house from theirs. I dont have any reason to go to their town except to see them yet they go by my house ALL the time. I have expressed my issue with all of them and they always have some excuse. I could understand if they had something better to offer at their house, but they dont. Our homes are all comparable, our yards are comparable, and all we do is sit around around. You can sit anywhere! And out of all of us I have the youngest child (7 months old) and she is expected to sleep in a play pen while their kids dont take naps...I'm getting to the point where I dont want to make the effort anymore, even if it ruins our relationships because I am tired of being the only one that tries. What should I do?
