Is there a shop in London that sells German food like dumpling packets, weiss wurst, sweet senf etc?

There must be an Aldi or Lidl store somewhere in London. What are dumpling packets? White sausage, sweet mustard are probably available in most large supermarkets.. When all else fails, try Fortnum and Mason. (Better than Harrod's Food Hall).
