Where can I find a recipe for chinese sweet potato "pancakes"?

They're sticky and sweet, chewy and stretchy like mochi and were on the dim sum menu. They seemed more like steamed rice flour dumplings. If so, how does the sweet potato flavor get in. Someone please tell me, these things are divine and I must make them.
